According to the letter, "...(a) parapet wall of the Mannat bungalow has partially collapsed and the debris belonging to Shah Rukh Khan is lying strewn all over the place blocking the road leading to Mount Mary Church...We also found a lot of debris on the steps and illegal hutments blocking the said road leading to Mount Mary Church. As such we hereby demand that the H/West Ward office should immediately take action against Shah Rukh Khan for keeping the debris on the road unattended and also to remove the debris on the steps and illegal hutments blocking the said road."

Pimenta claims that the debris has been lying on the road for a long time and the ward office has not taken any action yet.
