Virudhunagar: A couple from Mumbai was drugged and robbed of their jewellery on the Mumbai-Kanyakumari Express train, police said.

Another passenger picked up a call, by which time the train had already left the city, and told him they were unconsicous, The relative then informed police, who got the couple hospitalised.
Police suspect that a tea vendor might have drugged them as the man after regaining consciousness, told them that he and his wife had taken biscuits and tea sold by him at Erode.
