Dravid, a misfit in T20

Time Up: Rahul Dravid

Rahul Dravid has been a misfit in the one day games, leave alone the T20.Vijay Mallya has made the biggest mistake by making him captain of the Bangalore team. However, he has made up for it by roping in KP.

Dravid is a part of the team only because a two-year contract has been signed. It would be ideal if he hangs his boots with dignity before he is made to sit on the benches and watch others play.

Dravid was dropped from the one-day team a decade ago. He did contribute as a wicket keeper and his performance improved considerably, but he never played a significant role. He made it to the team only because the selectors showed faith in him.

Dravid is a great test player, but he should just keep himself away from the shorter versions of the game.u00a0
