After announcing their separation in December 2013, Hrithik Roshan and Sussanne have officially filed divorce papers today at Bandra family court.

Both arrived at the court to file a divorce with mutual consent. No allegations have been made by both parties. The hearing will tentatively take place on October 31.
Hrithik and Sussanne, who were childhood sweethearts, tied the knot on December 20, 2000 after a four-year relationship.
Earlier, Hrithik had said in a statement that it was Sussanne who has decided to separate from him and end their 17-year-old relationship. The couple has two children Hrehaan and Hridaan.
