In an interview to New Idea magazine, Kyly said: "As I've matured, I've become a lot more conservative so I'm going to have to get comfortable stripping back a little and showing a little bit more."
This will be the first time her husband, the captain of the Australian cricket team, will see her dance professionally.
"He's only seen me dance in a nightclub or at a bar, so that's a bit nerve-wracking," said the 33-year-old model and interior designer.
Twelve other celebrity movers on the show will join Kyly. While she's practised ballet, tap and the jazz dance forms as a youngster, Kyly said that ballroom dancing would be a whole new genre for her.
