The 27-year-old model asserted that she exercises at least five times a week because it helps her to relax and get away from the stresses in life.
“I’m addicted to working out. It’s my escape and makes me healthier, happier and stronger,” Contactmusic quoted her as telling Marie Claire magazine.
“When I’m home I’ll maybe exercise five times a week. I love to surf or, if I’m going to the gym, TRX is ideal for toning my body.
“If I don’t have much time, it’s all about butt exercises - 10-minute squats are the best,” she added.
