“It’s no secret that Victoria’s career has been more successful than Katie’s and there’s more than an air of rivalry between the two,” Stuff.co.nz quoted a source as telling UK magazine Heat.

“There seems to be a lot of tension between the two labels right now. Katie is feeling insecure and is doubting her efforts to do well,” the source said.

Holmes and Beckham had become friends in 2006, attending Paris Fashion Week together. However, their relationship reportedly turned sour because of their fierce fashion rivalry.

Katie and her business partner Jeanne Yang have reportedly chosen to show their sartorial offering at the famous NYFW tents at the prestigious Lincoln Centre.

“This is a big deal for Katie to show in the tents, under the full attention of the fashion editors and the glare of the media scrutiny,” a insider said.u00a0“They could have done a small show elsewhere, so this proves she and Jeanne are very serious about their business,” the inside added.u00a0
