Katrina Kaif is giving us extreme fitness goals by posting her workout pictures on her Instagram account. The 'Tiger Zinda Hai' actress has again posted a picture of hers. A picture which would make you leave everything and hit the gym. Assuming it to be a post workout picture, in her blue and black gym wear, her svelte physique is narrating the hard work behind this commendable picture. Her shoulders to her curves, everything is accurately sculpted. She posted the picture and wrote, “Up and at it .......”

A week ago, Katrina, who is also known as one of the biggest fitness freaks in Bollywood, was seen giving Alia Bhatt serious gym lessons, in absence of their trainer. She was seen pushing Alia to do 300 squats with weights.

On the professional front, Katrina Kaif is awaiting her next release, 'Tiger Zinda Hai' with Salman Khan. The film is a sequel to the 2010 starrer, Ek Tha Tiger by Kabir Khan. 'Tiger Zinda Hai' is helmed by 'Sultan' director, Ali Abbas Zafar. The film is slated to release this Christmas, December 22.
