Aussie Elysse Perry also contributed with a useful 49 while Indian all-rounder Jhulan Goswami struck an unbeaten 27 to provide the necessary momentum in the end.
MCC medium-pacer Kate Cross bagged four wickets as off-spinner Danielle Hazell picked two. Chasing 284 for victory, the MCC openers provided a solid 98-run platform in the first 20 overs as England skipper Charlotte Edwards (70) and Heather Knight (51) stood firm.
But after the duo's exit, Pakistan off-spinner Sana Mir turned the fortunes around for the World XI side as MCC batswomen fell like a pack of cards. Having an experience of 66 ODIs, Sana returned with figures of 4 for 36 in 9.4 overs to help bundle MCC out for 242 in 49.4 overs.
