Reigning champions Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) overcame a shaky start while chasing a modest target of 117 in a Group 'A' match of the PSPB tournament at the MIG Club, Bandra yesterday.
From a precarious position of 14 for three, Ravikant Shukla's 48 and an unbeaten 48 by Mandar Phadke rescued Indian Oil to beat OIL by six wickets.
At Kandivli's Sachin Tendulkar Gymkhana, HPCL beat EIL by 10 wickets in a Group 'B' match. In another Group 'B' match at the same venue, ONGC beat GAIL by 153 runs.
