It is up to him to take the decision.

Shashank Manohar’s suggestion is correct. There should be a detailed investigation, not just one game — all games should be looked at. Any wrongdoing should be exposed and whatever has to be done to clean up things should be done. Everyone should support this.
On IPL’s future:
There might be a temporary setback but I don’t think there is a problem with the concept as a whole.
On conflict of interest:
In 2008, we had taken legal opinion and we got a view that there is no conflict. In that situation, when we discussed it in office bearers’ meeting, it was cleared. But we have to be very careful henceforth.
On whether he would have resigned had he been in a similar situation:
If I had been there I would not have allowed these types of things.u00a0
