Racist comments mar Pak-NZ Test

The third Test match between Pakistan and New Zealand was marred by racist comments when spectators seated in a corporate box called the Pakistan team members 'Pakistani terrorists,' the website Stuff.co.nz reported. The alleged comments about the visiting side were made on the second day (December 12) of the match at the McLean Park. Pakistan team manager Abdul Raqeeb dismissed the incident.

Pakistan were saved from defeat in the third Test when the heavens opened with the hosts on 90 without loss, just 118 short of victory with 24 overs remaining.
