Not many know that Tusshar Kapoor holds a special place for Shabana Azmi in his heart. The actor is extremely fond of the actress ever since he started his career. Now he's agreed to walk for a fashion show in honour of her NGO Mijwan Welfare Society. Talking about his decision to walk for the event he says, "Shabana ji has been a huge support to me right from the beginning. In fact she always sends me text messages around the release of my films. It's an honour to walk the ramp for her."
On January 23, Mijwan Welfare Society will unveil Manish Malhotra's fashion show where he's dressing celebrities Priyanka Chopra, Hrithik Roshan, Ranbir Kapoor,Sushmita Sen, Shilpa Shetty, Karan Johar, Farhan Akhtar, Tusshar Kapoor, Lara Dutta, Amrita Rao, Ranveer Singh and Monikangana Dutta. The collection is inspired by the traditional cultural heritage of Indian regions like Awadh, Bhopal, and Lucknow.u00a0 Ever the staunch supporter of local budding fashion, Manish has adopted female workers from the village to be employed under him for a year to show his commitment to this cause. These workers will create hand embroidered chikan kari designs to be used in Manish's future collections.
