Few people know that Salman Khan and celebrity photographer Dabboo Ratnani have been friends ever since the actor was a model and the shutterbug a school student. And their friendship has stood the test of time, quite literally!

It was during the making of Dabboo’s annual calendar that he wanted Sallu to grant him some time for the shoot. However, since December was an extremely busy month for the actor, the photographer was doubtful if he could get him to pose.
Dabboo says, “Salman’s Dabangg 2 was up for release. He was busy promoting his film apart from hosting his telly show. Taking time out could have been a problem.”

However, when the photographer went to visit Salman at his Panvel farmhouse to discuss the concept of his shoot, the actor quite stumped him. “He asked me if I wanted to shoot the very next day. We wrapped up the shoot in less than 30 minutes,” says Dabboo.
Well they say, where there is a will there is a way!
