HM Amit Shah pounced on Mallikarjun Kharge’s slip of tongue and slammed him for his mistake. On April 06, Kharge was addressing a public rally in Jaipur when he mistakenly said that PM Modi claims credit for abolishing Article 371. Karnataka Assembly: Pakistan Zindabad slogans heard at Vishan Soudha

BJP claimed that Pakistan Zindabad slogans were raised by Congress supporters after Congress Rajya Sabha poll victory. Union Minister Prahlad Joshi has strongly condemned the alleged Pro-Pakistan slogans raised by the supporters of Congress leader Syed Naseer Hussain in Vidhan Soudha after he was elected as the Rajya Sabha member. The Karnataka BJP unit has filed an FIR at the Vidhan Soudha Police Station in this regard. Pralhad Joshi took a sharp jibe at the Congress Party after the serious allegations. On the other hand, Naseer Hussain said that he did not hear any “Pakistan Zindabad” slogan in the Assembly.

Pakistan Elections 2024: Amid poll results delay, violence rocks Pakistan

As Pakistanis wait for the Pakistan elections 2024 results, several protests have rocked Pakistan. Pakistan’s general election on Feb 08 was marred by militant attacks, suspension of mobile phones and killing of several people. Imran Khan’s PTI and Nawaz Sharif’s PML-N are in neck-to-neck competition as Imran Khan and Nawaz Sharif both declared victory in the elections. Amid the delay of election results, as per the Pakistan Election Commission independents backed by former PM Imran Khan won the most seats. Independent candidates of Imran Khan had won 100 seats, with Sharif’s Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) taking 72 seats. The polls were held for 265 Pakistan National Assembly seats, a party need 133 seats for a simple majority. Analysts predicted there may be no clear winner, adding problems to country’s economic crisis amid the polarised political environment. As per Dawn, PML-N and Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) are proceeding to form a coalition govt in the Centre, Punjab, and Balochistan. Meanwhile, as per Reuters, candidates backed by the party of jailed Imran Khan plan to form a govt, an aide to the former PM said on Feb 10.
