From a small startup in Kozhikode's Government Cyberpark to a global digital powerhouse, CodeAce IT Solutions LLP represents one of Kerala's most inspiring entrepreneurial journeys. Founded in 2018 by CEO Jijin Mohan, the company now employs over 120 professionals and serves more than 80 international brands, with nearly 90% of its clientele based across Europe and the United States.

The spark of a digital dream

The initial spark for CodeAce ignited over a decade ago when Jijin Mohan, then a college student, searched the internet for simple ways to earn online - "how to make money online." This curiosity led him to explore blogging, affiliate marketing, and various digital platforms, a journey that helped him realise the immense potential of digital performance marketing, ultimately planting the seed for entrepreneurship.

After completing his studies, Jijin moved to Dubai to gain deeper exposure to the digital economy. There, he identified a recurring challenge: a serious shortage of skilled and reliable digital marketing professionals. Recognising this gap as a huge opportunity, he returned home with a mission to build a company that could deliver global-quality solutions from Kerala.

In 2018, with an initial investment of ₹25 lakhs, CodeAce was launched with a five-member team from the Mobile10x Acceleration Hub at the Government Cyberpark in Kozhikode, driven by one clear vision: to create measurable, performance-driven digital marketing strategies that help brands grow.

Overcoming challenges and finding momentum

CodeAce's path to success was not without hurdles. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit in 2020, projects were paused, and operations slowed dramatically. Instead of retreating, the team transformed the crisis into an opportunity, investing heavily in skill enhancement, improving internal processes, and preparing itself for the next digital wave.

By late 2021, as anticipated, businesses accelerated their shift to online, and CodeAce regained crucial momentum, expanding its team and significantly strengthening its presence in international markets.

The ‘CodeAce culture': People and trust

At the heart of CodeAce's achievements lies a culture built on people, trust, and complementary strengths. CEO Jijin Mohan and COO Sarath Kumar have fostered an environment that values empathy as much as innovation. Their leadership emphasizes that sustainable success is rooted in collaboration, empowerment, and long-term relationships.

A powerful example of this ethos made headlines during CodeAce's seventh-anniversary celebration, ‘Elevexa,' in September 2025, when the company gifted a Hyundai Venue to a long-serving employee, recognizing their exceptional contribution and loyalty.

Future aspirations

CodeAce is now poised for global expansion, with plans already underway to open new offices in Dubai and Bengaluru by next year. The company has set bold growth ambitions, targeting to reach ₹100 crore in revenue and double its talent pool by 2028.

From humble beginnings to global influence, CodeAce proves that geography is no barrier to greatness. Its rise from Kozhikode challenges the notion that global aspirations must originate only from metropolitan hubs. Instead, it tells a story of dream and ambition rooted in the pride of a small city making an outsized mark on the world.
