ZAAR-LINE is a new hospitality and lifestyle concept founded by Michelin-trained Chef Derezaar Banaji, that brings together contemporary food and beverage, fashion and carefully considered design under one roof in New York City. Built around the belief that the simplest acts-to eat, to dress, to create and to gather-deserve care and reverence, ZAAR-LINE offers an environment where everyday rituals are approached with intention.
At the heart of the concept is ZAAR-LINE Cafe, an intimate space grounded in warm, dark tones and natural materials.Designed to slow the pace of the city and encourage people to stay, gather and connect.
The cafe's culinary experience reflects Derezaar's background in fine dining and features, with an ingredient-focused, Michelin-caliber food and beverage. ZAAR-LINE's coffees and teas are sourced from around the world, its wines are thoughtfully curated by a Master sommelier, and its small bites are designed for sharing. The menu offering places emphasis on quality ingredients and considered preparation while remaining approachable and suited to the rhythm of the an all-day Cafe.
