Jain International Trade Organisation will execute a coordinated nationwide employment drive through JITO JOBS on May 23, 2026. The initiative will operate simultaneously across 108 cities, aiming to connect over 50,000 job seekers with employers through a unified and high-efficiency hiring platform.
Under the leadership of Chairman Vinod Kumar Jain, the initiative reflects a strategic expansion of JITO's employment efforts. By integrating digital infrastructure with on-ground engagement, the model addresses inefficiencies in hiring while enabling faster and more reliable outcomes.
JITO JOBS brings over 15 years of experience in bridging employment gaps, particularly within the MSME sector. Its track record of enabling thousands of placements reinforces its role as a key facilitator in India's employment ecosystem. The upcoming initiative amplifies this impact through scale and coordinated execution.
The job fair is open to all candidates and free of cost. The platform jitojobs.org uses AI-based matching to align candidate capabilities with employer requirements, ensuring higher relevance in hiring. The physical format enables direct interaction, allowing candidates to attend interviews and secure opportunities within a single engagement cycle.
Employers gain access to a large pool of pre-registered candidates supported by data-driven filtering. This approach reduces hiring timelines, improves selection accuracy, and supports both urgent and long-term recruitment needs.
