Signature Regal.
Signature Dwellings has opened its Experience Centre at the Signature Regal project site in Chandapura, near Electronic City. Bookings for Signature Regal opened in the second week of October.
Spread across 14,800 sq ft over two floors, the Centre brings together two life-sized apartment mock-ups and detailed physical models of the developments. The Signature Regal apartment is fully furnished, so visitors can walk through the rooms and see how the interiors have been planned. The second mock-up is of Signature Marvel, another upcoming project from Signature Dwellings.
The physical models show the arrangement of the buildings, the landscaped open spaces, outdoor features and proposed amenities. After seeing the apartment, visitors can turn to the models and see where a single home sits within the development.
The Centre reflects the thinking behind Signature Regal, which the company describes as "experience-led luxury". The idea draws from hospitality, where attention is given to how people arrive, move through a space and use it. At Signature Regal, the same thinking has been applied to everyday living.
According to the company, Signature Regal is its first project planned this way. Spread across 8.5 acres, the development will have 590 apartments in five towers, with six homes on each floor. The apartments will be in 2, 2.5, 3 and 3.5 BHK configurations, and 80% of the site will be kept as open space. The towers are arranged in a zigzag so that homes in the middle of each floor also receive daylight and cross ventilation. The homes are planned to be Vaastu compliant.
The same attention shapes how residents arrive and move around the site. The main gate is set back from the road for a longer approach, and school buses can drive in to a roundabout with a covered waiting area for children. Cars go directly to ground-level parking, leaving the podium to people on foot. A path connects the zen garden, pools, mini golf course and play areas, and a walking track passes through six themed gardens around the site. The 30,000 sq ft clubhouse is zoned for fitness, entertainment and work.
Inside the apartments, each home opens into a foyer that leads to the living spaces and keeps the bedrooms out of direct view. Corridors have been kept short to increase usable space. A small room without a fixed function can become a study, puja room, guest room or walk-in closet as the family's needs change.
The Experience Centre itself includes a reception and lobby, six discussion rooms, three conference rooms, a café and a children's play area, planned for families who visit together.
"The Experience Centre is where customers can experience a Signature home before they own it. They can walk through the apartment, study the model and understand how every part of Signature Regal has been planned," said Utham Korekkana, Director, Marketing, Signature Dwellings.
For now, the gardens at Signature Regal exist as drawings and the towers as models. At the Experience Centre, buyers can already walk into the home that will stand among them.
The Signature Regal Experience Centre is open [days and hours] at the project site in Chandapura, near Electronic City, Bengaluru.
