Dr Cyres K Mehta
Cyres K. Mehta, Director of Dr. Cyres K. Mehta's International Eye Centre and a leading Indian ophthalmologist, has received the "International Hero of Indian Ophthalmology" Award by the All India Ophthalmological Society for the 5th year in a row! The Award was presented by Dr Partha Biswas, President of All India Ophthalmological Society.
This award is given to eye surgeons who have brought international recognition to the country at the annual meeting of the All India Ophthalmological Society, which had delegates from 20 countries and a total of 23,000 attendees.
Recently, Dr. Cyres was awarded the highest honour of the Italian Society of Ophthalmologists the Strampelli Medal.
