As Heerson celebrates its golden jubilee, it is turning to its roots. Known for its premium dry fruits and traditional Indian sweets, the brand has curated a new range of dry fruit mithai and a variety of flavours in dry fruits, a thoughtful nod to where it all began.

An Ode to the Beginning

When Heerson first opened its doors in 1975, the focus was simple: high-quality dry fruits and honest ingredients. This commitment laid the foundation for everything that followed. Today, even with a wider offering, dry fruits and mithai remain central to the brand's identity.

"Dry fruits were our first love," says Hetan Shah, one of the partner Directors. "This new mithai collection is our way of celebrating how it all started, by bringing dry fruits back to the heart of the story."

Crafted using handpicked ingredients and time-tested techniques, the dry fruit mithai line is rich, balanced and steeped in tradition. The focus is on letting the ingredients shine, no gimmicks, just purity.

The 50th Anniversary Celebration Month

To mark this milestone, Heerson rolled out a month-long celebration from July 1 to August 1, 2025. Customers shopping for minimum ₹1000 or more received a festive Golden Box, which included a scratch card offering assured discounts and a chance to win a 1 gram, 24-karat gold coin.

Fifty lucky winners were selected to receive the gold coins and on August 2, many of them were honoured at the store during a special felicitation event led by Shri Dhirajlal Shah, Founder. The campaign brought long-time patrons and new visitors together in a celebration of heritage, trust and shared sweetness.

While the campaign added a celebratory sparkle, the core of Heerson's legacy continues to be its unwavering quality. Every dry fruit and sweet that leaves the store is carefully sourced, prepared and packed with the kind of attention that comes from decades of doing things right.

"We've never chased trends," says Bhavesh Shah, also a partner at Heerson. "We've grown because we've stayed committed to the same things we started with trust, purity, simplicity and consistency."

Looking Ahead

As the 50th year draws to a close, Heerson is not slowing down. With plans to expand its product offerings and deepen customer relationships, the brand is walking into the future with the same values it started with.

"It's the 50th golden year, yes," says Hetan, "but it's also just a milestone we're celebrating in our long journey ahead. And like all our mithai, we want it to be synonymous with celebrations"
