Tania Deol reveals it all in her first TV interview
Tania Deol features as a guest on The First Ladies with Abu-Sandeep on NDTV Good Times at 10 pm today. This is the first time that Bobby Deol's wife has given a TV interview.

When asked why she is low- profile she says, "I'm quite a private person to the point of being shy. I am not comfortable in front of the camera, that's just the way I like it."
Her meeting Bobby was like a fairy tale. "It happened so suddenly. We didn't even go on a date. We spoke for a week and then it was December, so there were a lot of parties happening. We kept meeting and one day he insisted on dropping me home and then he asked me to marry him!"
Bobby's most irritating habit? "He talks in his sleep! Most men snore but my husband talks."
On the difference between coming from a business family and getting married into a film family, Tania feels, "Both are entirely different set-ups. When you are in a business you have a fixed 9 to 5 job whereas working in films, there's no fixed hours."
About her furniture line, she says, "My entry into this line was not something I planned. I do have a background in interiors, I have studied it and I haveu00a0 worked but then I got pregnant so I did not pursue it.
But I had done bits of my own home which a family friend saw. She was having a furniture show and insisted that I take part and she just did not take 'No' for an answer. I did the show and ever since there's been no looking back."
