Abhishek Bachchan, who made his television debut with Idea National Bingo Night, has reason to rejoice. The Television Rating Points (TRPs) of his debut episode stand at 5.1. This is the highest that any show on Colors has netted since the channel started operations in 2008. Its other top shows, TRP wise, were Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi (hosted by Akshay Kumar), Bigg Boss 3 and Balika Vadhu.
The first episode of Bingo aired on January 23. The TRPs were calculated by rating body Television Audience Measurement (TAM).
