Boney Kapoor has cleared up the controversy surrounding the promos of his upcoming film Milenge Milenge. He claims the entire marketing campaign of the film is based on the real life patch up of the Ambani brothers Mukesh and Anil. The campaign, titled 'A Time to Forgive' also includes a contest for viewers to forgive those who have offended them. However, the lead pair Kareena Kapoor and Shahid Kapoor have not been informed of this campaign. And considering the fact that the exes have not forgiven each other yet in real life, it is doubtful as to how they will take to the idea of such a campaign for their film.

Boney Kapoor has no qualms admitting that he has not informed the lead pair of his film about the marketing strategy, but claims there is no need for him to do so and anyway, both of them are out of town.

Recently, Kareena had been disappointed that the promos of Milenge Milenge include the line 'They Are Back Together' making it seem like Shahid and Kareena are friends again, despite their split.
