After Karishma had her second child Kiaan, Babita came to stay with her for a few months. Babita was to look after the children (Kiaan and Karishma's first child, Samaira) so Karishma can get some much-needed rest. That's when Babita realized how much time her daughter and son-in-law spend away from each other.
She called up Sanjay and insisted he talk out his issues. Next, she insisted Sanjay and Karishma talk about what's troubling them. The two had a long conversation which cleared up the air between them. Sanjay is now spending more time at home with Karishma. The family is now planning a vacation.
