In order to ensure she is financially secure even after that, she has decided to enter the real estate business. Her friends are already into it and they are eager for her to join them, even though Dia is hoping to start her own company. She plans to build properties and rent them out.

Dia claims that for her the business will be a kind of financial security, assuring that she will be able to earn the kind of money she does with films even after leaving the show biz industry.
