Emraan Hashmi unveils new poster of 'Azhar'

Bollywood actor Emraan Hashmi has unveiled a new poster of 'Azhar', the upcoming biopic on former India skipper Mohammad Azharuddin.

The film will narrate the highs and lows of Azharuddin's life as the captain of the Indian cricket team for most of the 1990s and being tainted by a match-fixing scandal in 2000, and getting banned for life.

The film also features Prachi Desai as Azhar's first wife Naureen, and Nargis Fakhri as his second wife Sangeeta Bijlani.

The film also stars Lara Dutta and Gautam Gulati in pivotal roles.

Directed by Tony D'Souza, 'Azhar' is jointly produced by Balaji Motion Pictures and MSM Motion Picture.

'Azhar' is slated for release on May 13.
