Healthy diet
I drink lots of water as well as nimbu paani and coconut water daily. Eating lots of salad and green leafy vegetables also works wonders for my skin. I avoid tea and coffee and have fresh fruits and juice instead.

Breathe free
I avoid make-up when I am not shooting. I carry my own make-up items and brushes on the sets to avoid infections. I cleanse, tone, and moisturise my face three times a day and use aromatherapy products that are rich in natural oils. I add some bath oil in my bathing water to de-stress my skin and make it supple. I exfoliate my skin twice a week.

My mum is a cosmetologist and always advises me against skin treatments. So I stick to all that's natural. I do go for a fruit cleanup twice a month to get rid of the unwanted blackheads since I have a very oily skin; also, a head massage to get rid of all the stress. I never leave home without a generous application of sunscreen with SPF 30.

Oil is well
Since I have an oily scalp, I don't oil my hair. I use a mild shampoo and always use a good conditioner for the ends. Since I shoot everyday, there are a lot of products that go in my hair. So I make sure I use only quality products and carry personal items like combs, clips, etc wherever I go.
