It's back pain and not Sallu for the absence

For the last few years Shah Rukh Khan has been skipping the International film awards. This year, for a change, the actor agreed to be part of the event. But later SRK made himself unavailable for the event.

King Khan could not travel as he had injured his back. The actor is taking a few days break from shooting for Ra.One. He tweets, "Now working with my doc on my back. Time to scream out ouch... ooh... aah... no pun intended."

King Khan has been doing several high-octane action scenes for his production which has taken a toll on his back. B-Town buzz was that he stayed away from the event because of Salman Khan who was the stellar attraction at the event due to the Big B's absence. But it was that pain in the back and not Sallu that made him stay away.
