Back from an acting course in New York, Sonal Chauhan is raring to get into the Diwali spirit. And step number one is the shopping. She talks to CS:

My style...u00a0 is very simple yet chic. I wear what I feel good in and if I end up making a statement, it's great. But I don't make an effort to stand out and call attention to myself.

Shopping is...u00a0 both fun and very therapeutic. My favourite shopping haunts are Dubai and Paris. The malls there are enough to make you crazy!

Brands or street shopping... I love wearing branded stuff, but I also sometimes pick up things off the streets if I see something striking. I'm not finicky about wearing non-branded clothes as long as they complement me.

I just can't do without...u00a0 shoes. I've lost count of how many I have. All I can say is that I definitely need a bigger house to accommodate all of them! I have so many that they are still lying in their boxes, as there's no space left in my shoe cupboard for them.

I look sexy in...u00a0 a good mood!

Diwali haul...u00a0 I love candles, so definitely lots of candles and of course, some Indian outfits for me and my sister, and lots of gifts for friends.
