Right intake
Proteins, vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates and most importantly, water are a must for a healthy body. And so, my daily intake of food is a combination of all the above. I also make sure that I exercise regularly. For my skin, I drink a glass of warm water first thing in the morning and follow it up with amla and aloe vera juice.

Ministering TLC
My haircare and skincare routine is very simple. I cleanse my skin two-three times a day using a mild cleanser. I make sure that I remove every bit of make-up as soon as I come back home. To keep my skin hydrated and supple, I apply a day moisture protection cream with SPF 15 and also apply a night moisture recharge cream before going to bed.
My haircare regime includes a coconut oil massage once a week. I shampoo and condition my hair every alternate day. To protect my hair from the sun and pollution, I apply a leave-in-conditioner.

Wonder massages
I like to pamper myself and indulge in facials and clean ups once in a month. It helps rejuvenate my skin. An aromatherapy massage is an effective way of relaxation. It reduces stress and gives your skin a healthy glow. For hair, a hot coconut oil massage helps protect it and increases blood circulation in the scalp. Regular oiling, shampooing and conditioning do their bit to protect my hair throughout.

Carefree
Stress plays a major role in skin and hair damage. And it's important to realise that it is a vicious circle. Stress can lead to hair fall or acne, which leads to more stress and thus results in more damage. The trick is to stay calm, get necessary treatments and get rid of the problem.

Face-packs
Honey makes for a good detoxifying facial mask. Clean your face with a hot towel in order to open the pores, apply honey on your face and neck and wait for 15 minutes. Wash it off with tepid water. Otherwise, a paste of almond, cucumber and honey can also make for a natural facial scrub.
