Ranbir, Rajkumar Santoshi to team up again

Will make another comedy next year

After the success of Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani, Ranbir Kapoor and Rajkumar Santoshi are planning to make another comedy film. But it won't be a sequel to Ajab Premu2026 Rather, Santoshi is planning to explore a more subtle type of comedy that has not been seen in Indian cinema so far.

The film will be the director's third comedy after Andaz Apna Apna and Ajab Premu2026 It will go on the floors next year, once he has wrapped up The Outsider, an English-language songless thriller starring Amitabh Bachchan. Shooting for The Outsider begins in New York in July.
