The actor, who goes by the handle @iamsrk, tweeted his happiness on the occasion saying, "100 days on twitter. thanks everyone. saw a 3 month old baby yesterday...seems like i am one on the twitter now. its been a good life so far."

Shah Rukh had created a record of sorts when he joined the site, as he got 10,000 followers within 24 hours of joining. He also drew mild criticism when he joined the site before the release of his film My Name Is Khan, with naysayers claiming it was a publicity stunt for the film and he would not continue tweeting after the film released. But with IPL3 following soon after his film's release, Shah Rukh had much to share about his experiences and his hopes for his IPL team, Kolkata Knight Riders.
