Sanjay Dutt to host game show

Sanjay Dutt is all set for his second outing on television. The actor had been signed up to host a show called Mission Ek Crore in 2001, but despite heavy promotions, the show never took off. Now, he has agreed to host another game show that will be based on Sanjay's Munnabhai character and will have him giving out jadoo ki jhappis to the contestants. Apparently, a channel which wanted Sanjay to host a game show came up with three ideas and the actor liked the one which played around his Munnabhai character.

While it is being planned as a game show right now, the format is yet to be fully decided and may change soon. Hopefully, Sanju baba will get second time lucky and this show will finally go on air.

Other B-town celebs who have hosted reality shows on television include Amitabh Bachchan, (Kaun Banega Crorepati's first and second seasons, Bigg Boss season 3) Shah Rukh Khan (Kaun Banega Crorepati's third season), Salman Khan (Dus Ka Dum's first and second seasons), Govinda (Jeeto Chappad Faad Ke), Anupam Kher and Manisha Koirala (Sawaal Dus Crore Ka), Arshad Warsi (Bigg Boss season 1), Shilpa Shetty (Bigg Boss season 2) and now Abhishek Bachchan (Bingo). Aamir Khan is also in talks for hosting a quiz show.
