Shruti Haasan sings for her next film 'D-Day'

Sources say Nikhil Advani apparently wanted Shruti, who is also acting in the film, to sing a track for his upcoming film. The actress was down with fever but still went ahead to the music composers' office to discuss the details.

While she was there, she took to singing a few lines for the song and ended up recording the full track.

Says a source, "Within 30 minutes the song was recorded and wrapped up."

Shruti says, "Acting and singing for the film was very fulfilling."u00a0
