Abhay Deol, who is currently shooting for Road, Movie was surprised when director Dev Benegal told him to learn to drive a truck for one of the important scenes in the film.
Abhay was apprehensive as his passengers in that scene would be co-stars Satish Kaushik and Tannishtha Chatterjee and he did not want to endanger their lives. At the same time, he did not want to learn from a driving school either. So finally, he asked elder cousin Sunny Deol, who had effortlessly driven trucks in several films including Gaddar u2013 Ek Prem Katha, to teach him to drive. Sunny immediately agreed and taught him in just one month. Looks like the bond between the brothers is going strong.
