A couple of months back, I had a break of some 15 days. While at home, I noticed my brother's guitar lying in a corner. He has never played it, but I have been itching to give it a shot.

I looked for a tutor, but couldn't find one and the classes that I was referred to were far away and the timings were not suitable.
So I went online and a search landed me on youtube's web page. It is amazing how you can learn so much on the computer. I started practising and now after two months, I can play a few chords reasonably well. In fact, I can strum Papa Kehte Hain pretty well.
My friends and family are totally impressed with my effort, because it takes months and months of hardcore training to learn how to play the instrument.
Though I have breaks on the sets of Toh Baat Pakkhi, I don't practise there since I like focussing on my work. But after pack up, I like to unwind by strumming a few chords!
