Was Ranbir saying sorry over dinner?

After missing his appointment with Kiran Rao on Tuesday evening, Ranbir Kapoor quickly made up for it by joining the director and his hubby Aamir Khan for dinner.

The actor was supposed to attend a special screening of Anand Gandhi's Ship of Theseus the same evening. The actor couldn't make it to the private viewing in time, as he was apparently under the weather.

A source says, "Ranbir was keen to watch the film that Kiran is presenting. She organised a special screening for the actor but he missed it, as he was unwell. But Ranbir met up with the two over a meal and more than made up for the miss."

Apparently, the topic of conversation at the table was Ranbir's recently released film co-starring Deepika Padukone.

"Ranbir promised to catch Anand's film during the next trial in a couple of days," adds the source.u00a0
