Apparently, Dev has an inherent talent for drawing and has been painting on canvas and paper from the age of six. His mother Rupal Mehta noticed Dev's talent when he first started painting on his home walls at the age of three. Dev has come out with his first solo art exhibition at theu00a0 Ravindra Natya Mandir on July 14 this year.u00a0

Arjun, currently shooting in Bhopal for Rajniti, says, "We met Dev through Ketna who is part of Nina. He is really talented and paints very well. We were part of the marathon organised by Nina this year but after that the relationship just grew. Dev's aunt is in a wheelchair. I have met him earlier and seen a lot of his work.

I had admired a wonderful calendar that he had made. Then he made this painting for Mehr and me. It was very sweet of him. Now we have to find a nice space for this abstract work on our walls."

That would make Dev the youngest painter to adorn Arjun and Mehr's walls? He laughs, "No, that's my elder daughter Mihikaa who is a very talented painter too. I have her painting framed up on my wall."
