Abhay Deol is giving the cast and crew of Aisha a difficult time. It is believed that the actor is totally uninterested in the film, and isn't hesitating to show it. but that's only because he was "forced to shoot" for the film.

Won't let go!
It is learnt that after the actor signed on, he wasn't too happy with the script and offered to pay back the signing amount and walk away. But Anil Kapoor Productions, headed by the actor's daughter Rhea, refused to free him from his contract.

A source reveals, "Abhay has been troubling the unit in Delhi ever since. Even co-star, co-producer and friend Sonam Kapoor has been at the receiving end of his crankiness." Recently, when they were shooting in Delhi with an uncontrollable crowd, it was important they got everything right. But Abhay kept adding to the stress. He also kept telling debutante director Rajshri Ojha how to shoot scenes and even how to set up the scene."

Revenge
Abhay is used to working with certain kinds of directors and yet agreed to work with a new one despite knowing that Sonam had a title role in the film. He soon realised this wasn't what he had signed on for. When denied an exit, he sees this as a fitting revenge.

Strangely, he had no issues during the pre-filming workshops. Says a source from the unit. "This is really unfair. If he is doing the film, he has to be fully committed."

When contacted, Abhay says, "It was fun shooting for Aisha. There were some issues regarding dates and they made me change the original dates I had given them. We have worked everything out. As far as things on the sets go, it was a really good experience is all I scan say. I reported on time and said my lines like they were given to me."

Rhea Kapoor remained unavailable for comment.
