It's back to the sweltering heat of Kerala's jungles for the cast and crew of Mani Ratnam's Raavan.

The perfectionist director is leaving no stone unturned to make sure his next turns out exactly the way he wants it to. As such, Ratnam wants to re-shoot scenesu00a0 in the Chalakudy jungles.

Unhappy

A source from the unit reveals, "Mani sir is not happy with certain scenes shot in the jungles and wants to re-shoot them.

He also wants some scenes to be added and thus has chosen the same jungle as his location.

The schedule was to start by April 10 but has been postponed by 10 days due to date issues.

Having such a huge team, it becomes very difficult to get everyone's date at the same time."

As reported ('Ash-Abhishek battle leeches, snakes and a gruelling schedule'; January 3, HiTLIST), the had a tough time keeping up a straight face throughout the schedule.

Now when the schedule is over and the couple has returned to Jalsa, seems like the rushes have not pleased Mani sir who wants to take them back to the jungles like a scout head and re-shoot major portions of the film.

The source continues, "The schedule starts on April 20, which is also Abhi-Ash's second marriage anniversary and might cause some date problems again.

It is a two-month long schedule and certain portions will be also shot in Tamil Nadu."
