As Sallu is responsible for reviving the business of single screens, they feel they owe it to him when his film is up for release later this month.

The star even released the first look of the film at Chandan theatre in Juhu -- a single screen theatre -- which was packed with fans.

Sameer Joshi of Chandan, says, "Any Salman Khan release is a festival for his fans and time for celebration. We're simply getting ready for the occasion."

Nitin Datar, vice-president of Cinema Owners' and Exhibitors' Association, adds, "There are cinema halls like Deepak and New Excelsior that are under renovation. It is a mere coincidence that their reopening is with the release of Salman's next."
