The release plans for Dhamaal 4 have undergone yet another change. After multiple shifts in its theatrical schedule, the makers have reportedly decided to prepone the film's release to July 10, 2026. Led by Ajay Devgn and directed by Indra Kumar, the comedy entertainer is set to arrive a week earlier than its previously announced date.
Bollywood Hungama quoted a source as revealing, "Dhamaal 4 was originally scheduled to arrive in cinemas on July 17. It'll now release a week earlier, on July 10. There has been buzz in the trade that Alpha is releasing on July 3. So, the July 10 slot is now vacant, and hence, the makers of Dhamaal 4 decided to take up the date. They feel that July 10 is apt for their film and would be a treat for the fans, as they'll get to see the comic caper a week earlier. An official announcement is expected soon."
Initially, Dhamaal 4 was slated to reach theatres on March 19. However, in order to avoid a box-office clash with two much-hyped dramas - Ranveer Singh's "Dhurandhar: The Revenge" and Yash's "Toxic" - the makers chose June 12 as the new release date. The makers decided to push the release yet again and announced July 17. However, they have now preponed it.
The makers of Dhamaal 4 have unveiled character posters featuring the star-studded ensemble, teasing a chaotic gold-hunt adventure driven by a mysterious âW' treasure map.
Ajay Devgn shared his poster on Instagram and wrote, "Inn dono ka hai ek hi goal, to get their hands on gold." The poster featured Ajay and Sanjay climbing a mountain with a map in their hands. The tagline on the poster reads, "The adventure awaits."
Directed by Indra Kumar, Dhamaal 4 brings back the franchise's core cast, including Ajay Devgn, Riteish Deshmukh, Arshad Warsi, Sanjay Mishra, and Jaaved Jaaferi. The ensemble cast also features Esha Gupta, Sanjeeda Shaikh, Anjali Anand, Upendra Limaye, Vijay Patkar, and Ravi Kishan, adding new faces to the comedy series.
The series kicked off with the first film, Dhamaal, in 2007. Years later came Double Dhamaal in 2011, which surprised industry insiders. The third instalment, Total Dhamaal, exploded at the box office.
