GeeBee Education, one of the trusted student agent of the UK Border Agency in India, has organised free seminars on 'Study In UK' at Andheri (November 18, 6.30 pm), Churchgate (November 19, 11.00 am), Borivali (November 19, 6.30 pm) and Thane (November 20, 6.30 pm).
Students will be given information on entry requirements of reputed universities for various courses like business, engineering, hotel management, tourism, arts, science, MBA, architecture, culinary arts, computer science, IT, etc. Students will also be given information on bank loan. Parents too are invited. Students will be given a free information guide on Studying in UK, written by Vinayak Kamat.
UK qualifications are internationally recognised. There are several Institutions offering work placement in the UK, as a part of the course curriculum. UK visa process is relatively easier and bank loan is readily accepted by British Deputy High Commission for student visa purpose.
Students are allowed to work part-time for 20 hours per week during term time and full-time during vacations. Even work permit rules have been liberalised, making it possible for students to work for 2 years after course completion under Post-Study Work Visa.
