Reacting to reports of differences between him and producer Ekta Kapoor over marketing of 'Once Upon A Time in Mumbai Dobaara', actor Imran Khan today said he believed in intelligent promotional strategies

'Once Upon A Time in Mumbai Dobaara' (abbreviated as OUATIMD), showcasing the criminal gangster saga, was released on August 15. Directed by Milan Luthria and produced by Ekta Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor, this sequel to the 2010 film 'Once Upon a Time in Mumbaai', starred Akshay Kumar, Sonakshi Sinha and Imran Khan in lead roles.u00a0

When asked about the difference over marketing of the film, Imran said, "There is no point speaking about what has happened in the past. There is no point to dwell on the past. If you can't say good things then don't talk.

A film should be promoted aggressively but it should also be intelligent. I believe in promoting films in intelligent way." The apparent rift widened so much that Imran has reportedly been replaced by Shahid Kapoor in Ekta's next 'Milan Talkies', being directed by Tigmanshu Dhulia.

Imran is looking forward to the release of Karan Johar's home production 'Gori Tere Pyaar Mein', where he is paired opposite Kareena Kapoor Khan. "I am sure Karan will promote this film intelligently so I don't worry when I work with him," Imran said.u00a0
