Ameesha Patel sprained her knee while working out. Her trainer Khushru says, "Ameesha thinks she's a super girl. She was spinning excessively and damaged her knees.
Now she's been undergoing physiotherapy for the last week. Though she was still working out, I have stopped most of her workouts.
Now she's not doing cardio and lower body workouts. I am worried about her knee though she's on the road to recovery. This is the worst injury she's had so far."
