Yash Raj Films (YRF) and Posham Pa Pictures have officially announced their first theatrical collaboration, Mupapa, with Ayushmann Khurrana headlining the project. The makers also confirmed that the film will arrive in cinemas in February 2027. Directed by filmmaker and showrunner Sameer Saxena, the upcoming film marks the beginning of a creative partnership between the two production houses, with both aiming to deliver theatrical experiences tailored for today's audiences.
Ayushmann Khurrana, who has carved a niche for himself with films that blend commercial appeal and unconventional storytelling, will be seen leading Mupapa. While the makers have chosen to keep the plot under wraps, they have described the film as a "genre-bending theatrical experience" that promises a visually immersive ride for audiences.
