Isha Malviya is stepping into Bollywood with a romantic role that calls for intimate moments on screen, but the actor says she approached them with confidence. Speaking about a kissing scene with co-star Gurmeet Choudhary in Tum Mere Ho, Malviya explained that filming it was not difficult for her. The upcoming romantic drama marks Malviya's big-screen debut. With its mix of romance, heartbreak and action, the film brings her together with Choudhary for the first time.
In an interview with Zoom/Telly Talk India, Isha Malviya said she was comfortable shooting the kissing sequence, explaining that she was confident enough to handle such scenes professionally. "It was not difficult to shoot such scenes with Gurmeet, as he is a wonderful actor and a human being. On top of that, I managed to get successful only because of my confidence. I am confident enough to face any situation," Isha said.
Gurmeet Choudhary also spoke about the importance of professionalism and comfort while filming intimate moments. The discussion has drawn attention ahead of the film's theatrical release, particularly as audiences get their first glimpse of the pair's on-screen chemistry.
Directed by Ashish Panda and written by Niranjan Iyengar and Purva Naresh, Tum Mere Ho explores an intense relationship shaped by love, emotional conflict, and changing expectations. Its teaser, released in September, introduced the lead pair through romantic and emotionally charged sequences. The film is produced by Aarti S and Debina Bonnerjee under Reva Creative House and DebGuru Films. It also marks Choudhary's first project as a producer.
Isha Malviya, who gained recognition through television, is making the transition to the big screen with the film. Gurmeet Choudhary, meanwhile, is known for his television work and film appearances. In an interview with Filmfare, Gurmeet described the project as special because it combines his acting role with his first production venture.
Isha Malviya also expressed gratitude for the opportunity, saying she hoped audiences would connect with the story and its characters. Tum Mere Ho is scheduled to be released on 23rd October, 2026 at the big screens. The film's promotional campaign has been focusing on the emotional storyline and the chemistry between the lead pair, and now viewers will see how their performances translate to the big screen.
