Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan's longtime manager Pooja Dadlani has purchased three apartments in Mumbai with her family. According to property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix, Pooja, her husband Hitesh Prakash Gurnani, and her father, Mohan Seoram Dadlani, have purchased the properties in Mumbai for a total price of Rs 38.21 crore.
According to the documents, the three apartments are located on Carter Road in a building that is currently undergoing redevelopment. The units are situated on a higher floor and were acquired from Tryksha Real Estate Private Limited, an arm of Lotus Developers.
Pooja, her husband, and her father each own one flat in the building. As per the documents, each apartment has an area of 1,511.15 sq ft, with an 81.16 sq ft balcony, bringing the total area of the three apartments to 4,776 sq ft.
The deal was registered on April 21, 2026, with a stamp duty of Rs 2.16 crore and a registration fee of Rs 90,000. The trio bought six parking spaces along with the apartments. The building is currently under construction, and the owners are expected to receive the apartments in December 2028.
As per CRE Matrix, the building is being constructed under the redevelopment model. The developers have acquired the development rights from the Varun Co-operative Housing Society Limited, which previously owned the building.
Pooja Dadlani is one of the most prominent celebrity managers in India, best known for managing Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan. She has been associated with him since 2012 and plays a crucial role in overseeing his professional commitments, including film projects, brand endorsements, public relations, and business ventures like Red Chillies Entertainment.
Based in Mumbai, Pooja is often described as the backbone of Shah Rukh Khan's professional empire, handling everything from scheduling to strategic decisions. Over the years, she has built a reputation for being efficient, discreet, and deeply trusted by the Khan family.
Before working with Shah Rukh, she also managed actors like Deepika Padukone, showcasing her experience in talent management.
The superstar is currently busy with the shoot of the film King which will be released in theatres later this year. The film directed by Siddharth Anand also stars Suhana Khan, Deepika Padukone in the lead.
