Shopaholic Shillipi

TV actor Shillipi Sharma thinks that shopping is as necessary as breathing. She's now taken on the mantle of justifying the cause:

Bag it
I go shopping very often and always end up buying clothes and bags. Even though I have a huge collection of both by now, I still manage to find some colour or shape that I don't own!



Lost in shopping
During my last trip to Dubai, I freaked out on cosmetics and perfumes at the Dubai airport. I was carrying all the bags in my hand and went and sat in the lounge. When my flight was announced I immediately got up and left to board the plane. It was only after the plane doors closed, that I realised I had left all my bags in the airport lounge. I felt like jumping off the plane but I couldn't do anything about it. I never got the bags back. I even tried calling the Dubai airport after I landed in Mumbai, but no avail. Can't tell you how upset I felt!

Brand stand
Every woman is a shopaholic. Shopping is actually like a therapy for me and for a lot of other people out there. It instantly lifts my spirits. Though I am not brand-conscious, I never do street shopping. I believe in quality.

Millan magic
My favourite shopping destination is Dubai. You get everything there right from designer brands to the smaller boutique outfits. One place that I really want to go is Milan as it the Mecca of fashion. I hope I can do that in the near future.
